Use this workflow when you need a consistent first-pass review of life surrender/loan requests, including:
- Processing full surrender, partial surrender, and policy loan claims
- Confirming policy status and inception date against internal systems
- Computing/validating net surrender value and permissible limits
- Checking document completeness for registration and payout processing
- Generating discharge voucher amounts and draft discharge voucher text

Step-by-step usage
- Navigate to Workflows > Template gallery and select Surrender Claims — Life Business.
- Upload claim/request documents (surrender request form, policy schedule, customer ID/KYC, bank details, discharge voucher forms, and any required internal approvals).
- (Optional) Upload supporting documents (e.g., statements, beneficiary/assignee documentation, correspondence) if needed by your process.
