Overview

This guide covers the steps that apply to all ALK workflows, except the Reconciliation Workflow.

Use this guide to understand the standard steps for running any ALK workflow, including how to access a workflow, create sessions, upload documents, run processing, review results, and export outputs.

Before you start

Ensure you have the following ready before you begin:

• Stable internet connection
• Access to alk.wamiri.com
• Your client documents ready (follow the workflow’s allowed file types)

Access a workflow

1. Go to alk.wamiri.com and sign in with your credentials.

2. On the home page, find the Workflows section.

3. Select the workflow you want to run.

   

Create a new session (or open a recent one)

1. After selecting a workflow, choose one of the following:

   • New Session (recommended for a new screening or batch)

   • Recent Sessions (to continue or review past work)

     

2. To create a new session:

   • Click New Session.
   • Enter a clear session name.
   • Review the pre-configured columns/fields for extraction.
   • Optional: Add or remove columns/fields if needed.
   • Click Create Session to open the session workspace.

Upload documents

1. In the session workspace, click Add Document.
2. Select one or more files from your device.
