This guide explains how to connect and disconnect integrations in ALK at the workspace level. You need Workspace Admin access or higher to manage integrations. Currently, the available integrations are Mono, One Drive, Sharepoint, Google Drive and Acumatica.
Navigate to the top right on the ALK home page, select your profile then select knowledge.

Once on the knowledge page, click Integrations.

Select your integration. You will see the available integrations.
Currently available:
Click Connect on the integration you want to set up.

Enter your credentials. Each integration has its own credential requirements:

Microsoft Sharepoint: follow the on-screen authentication prompt and fill in your credentials.
Microsoft OneDrive: follow the on-screen authentication prompt and fill in your credentials.
Google Drive: follow the on-screen authentication prompt and fill in your credentials.
To disconnect an integration, open Integrations, find the connected integration, and click Disconnect. This will remove the connection immediately. Any workflows relying on that integration will need to use manual file upload until reconnected.
