Before you start

Add an integration (high level)

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations (or the equivalent admin area).
  2. Choose the integration you want to connect.
  3. Authenticate with the third-party tool.
  4. Select the scope you want ALK to access (for example, specific accounts, folders, or channels).
  5. Save, then run a quick test sync (if available).
