Use Equity Mortgage when you need a consistent, compliant first-pass review of an equity mortgage application, including applicant details, property details, and key identifiers.
Navigate to Workflows section and select Equity Mortgage.

Upload the client documents (PDF only).

Click Run to begin extraction.

Review the extracted fields and edit anything that is incorrect.

Use Table view, Block view, and Wrap to validate outputs against the source.

Export results (CSV or Excel) in PENCOM order for reporting or downstream processing.
Sessions represent screening batches.
Create a new session for each screening batch so you can return to ongoing or past reviews.
